御殿場のTOM'Sファクトリーにて、保安基準に基づいた検査及び整備・法定点検・コンピューター診断機によるエラーの確認を実施。
また、経年による消耗・劣化がある部品については交換やクリーニングを実施し、リフレッシュ作業を行います。
加えて、レクサスディーラーにて12ヶ月の法定点検に相当する点検、専用テスターによる検査、メーカー保証継承を実施致します。

トムス製品部分についての保証期間は、車両がお客様に引き渡された日から1年間となります。
その期間内でも走行距離が20,000Kmまでとなります。

This vehicle has been crafted based on a carefully selected "pre-owned vehicle" handpicked by our dedicated staff.
Note: Vehicles with a history of damage or repairs to outer panels or structural components are strictly excluded.

At the TOM’S Factory in Gotemba, we perform rigorous inspections and maintenance in accordance with safety standards, including statutory inspections and diagnostic system error checks.
Additionally, parts showing wear or deterioration over time are either replaced or thoroughly cleaned to ensure the vehicle is fully refreshed.

Furthermore, a comprehensive inspection equivalent to the 12-month statutory inspection, a specialized diagnostic scan, and the transfer of the manufacturer's warranty will be carried out at an authorized Lexus dealership.

Warranty
・Vehicle Warranty
By transferring the Lexus new vehicle warranty, free repairs are available in accordance with the warranty terms for up to 5 years from the date of first registration or up to 100,000 km, whichever comes first.
For this vehicle, you can receive the same warranty as a new vehicle at any LEXUS dealership nationwide until December, 2030 (Reiwa 12).

・TOM’S Product Warranty
The warranty period for TOM'S products and components is 1 year from the date of delivery to the customer, or up to 20,000 km, whichever comes first.
Note: Both the base vehicle warranty and the custom parts warranty will be voided if the vehicle is used in motorsports, such as racing.

Delivery typically takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. We have a proven track record of delivering vehicles from Hokkaido to Okinawa, so you can safely leave everything to TOM'S even if you are unable to visit us in person.
